Our 5–8 year old intermediate gymnastics class is designed for athletes ready to build on foundational skills while improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Students will continue progressing through more advanced gymnastics techniques in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment that promotes growth, focus, and skill development.
